Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi: 2–4 business days

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

MyGoKart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Political or regional disruptions

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver because:

  • The customer is unavailable,

  • The phone number is unreachable,

  • The address is incorrect,

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
